JoyCare is a new organization offering, directly and via linkages and referrals, specialty wraparound human services and care coordination/resource navigation. Specific JoyCare vulnerable population support services provided in the Las Vegas area could include such short-term counseling, financial literacy, food insufficiency solutions, and identification and case management of basic needs.
